Pending recording or processing

Open Recordings and check the capture status. Check your connection and use the retry action if available. Keep the pending recording and avoid uninstalling the app or clearing its data while requesting help.

Account access

Use the same sign-in method and account you originally chose. If you cannot sign in, describe the displayed message without sending credentials.

• Request account or specific data deletion, including without opening the app.
