Delete your Keepify account

Keepify is operated by Alessandro Bertoletti.

From the app or website

  1. Sign in to Keepify with your existing account.
  2. Open Account.
  3. Select Delete account and confirm.

This removes your active account, owned notes and history, private captures and stored audio, and your memberships. Notes owned by other people remain; content incorporated into their notes may remain with those notes. Security logs and provider backups, where present, follow their configured retention.

Delete selected data without closing your account

In Recordings, delete a capture to remove its private recording and original transcript. To remove a processed note or list you own, open it and choose Delete. Removing a capture leaves text already incorporated into processed notes; delete that note separately if needed. You can also email alessandro.bertoletti.dev@gmail.com to request deletion of selected data after ownership verification.

If you cannot sign in

Email alessandro.bertoletti.dev@gmail.com with the subject Keepify account deletion, using your registered email when possible. We will verify ownership before deleting account data. Do not send passwords or recordings.

Deleting Keepify does not itself revoke Google or Apple account consent. You can manage that consent in your provider's account settings. Pending captures stored on a device should also be removed from that device.
