What is Keepify?
Keepify is an app for capturing thoughts by voice or text and organizing them into notes and checklists. It brings your ideas, everyday lists and shared plans into one place.
Does Keepify use AI?
Yes. Keepify uses AI to transcribe recordings and organize their content. You can review and edit the result, while the original transcript is preserved.
Can I share a note or list?
Yes. You can share processed notes and lists and assign access permissions. Sharing does not give other people access to your private recordings or original transcripts.
Does it work without an internet connection?
A completed recording is saved on your device before upload. An internet connection is required to send it to Keepify services and synchronize your content.
What if the AI needs a little help?
You stay in control. If it’s unclear where to apply your thought, Keepify asks you to choose: update an existing note or list, or create a new one. Your original thought is preserved while you decide.
